AMERICAN MEDIA, INC. NAMES RON MINUTELLA VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
New York, NY, APRIL 11, 2011— AMI Chairman, President and CEO, David J. Pecker, announced today that Ron Minutella has been named Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.
In his new role, Mr. Minutella will head up AMI’s financial planning and analysis department.
“With more than 30 years of experience, Ron is the perfect candidate to manage our planning department. His wide range of experience in the magazine publishing industry will contribute to our continued success,” said Mr. Pecker.
Mr. Minutella has an extensive background in publishing, having led the financial planning department at Hachette Filipacchi, leading such titles as Elle, Car and Driver and Road & Track.

Mr. Minutella will report to Chris Polimeni effective today.
