Chris Polimeni named Chief Financial Officer and Jeffrey Laymon Chief Accounting Officer

Boca Raton, FL, March 29, 2010, –AMI Chairman and CEO, David J. Pecker, announced
today that Chris Polimeni has been promoted to Executive Vice President for Finance and
Planning, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Polimeni had previously been
EVP-Finance, CAO and Treasurer for the past year.


Mr. Polimeni said, “This is an exciting time for AMI as the past year has seen the
development of several new revenue streams. I want to thank David for giving me this
new opportunity to serve the company as its Chief Financial Officer and look forward to
the challenges ahead.”


Mr. Pecker also announced that Jeffrey Laymon has been promoted to Senior Vice
President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Laymon had previously been
VP Controller.


“Chris and Jeffrey have done an outstanding job in their respective financial roles for the
past four years. I am very proud to be able to promote both from within AMI’s financial
department for these two critical positions,” said Mr. Pecker.
Mr. Polimeni will continue to report to Mr. Pecker and Mr. Laymon to Mr. Polimeni.
